Repairing of bandhara in Kunrze village

Checkdam
Our organization ′′ Neeraja ′′ started the work of the bandhara at Zirpi Wadi in Kunrze village on 19th May last year. When you use JCB, the work becomes quicker. But but but but…….

The flies that used to sneeze, she sneezed. A government official who lives about 300-400 meters away from the upper body (side) of the bond has turned his head. He says when the dam water my fields I say that’s where and if you build the same branch I will allow it. Many people can’t see the good done to other people. Well, as he says, even though we had thought about changing the design of the monsoon, it wasn’t possible to make a new design and finish it before the rainy season. Rain may come anytime after June 5 Well because he’s an officer the people in Pada were afraid to go against him. And to say from above, sir, if you are making a way, see; we can’t do anything.

That’s why there was no solution then. Tbh when this happened it was really hurt in the beginning. Frustration came; thought we were trying to do something but only those who could benefit from it are the ones who are in trouble. But then I thought it would be God’s will not happen now. But the following were felt with a lot of attraction :-
• Tribal man commits long-term losses for his own little, immediate gain.
• He is ready to stay in that difficult situation and he can endure that situation without being cruel.
• The people of Khedegaon don’t believe that something good can happen by uniting, uniting.
• It has become a bad habit of getting everything for free or rectangled.
• They have assumed that it is not possible to change the situation.

So thinking of seeing if there is any way out after the rainy season and decided to stay healthy without bothering.
Unfortunately last year the rain fell less and it was a month ago. It was supposed to be the opposite effect and it happened. Even if the officer who obstructed his fields are destroyed due to lack of water, doesn’t the man’s ego burn? It takes a big heart to accept that we have done wrong. Be it.

But the villagers wanted a breach so they found another alternative place. March 30th of this year we visited the place and thought oh, it’s a better place than before.

There was a destination that day too. There’s a man farm on both sides of the place so when I met him he said I have nothing to do with it but there’s a slim problem my cousin did a small hike for fishing in the rainy season. If you become a bondage, you talk to him when the high will sink. Asked him if he was official? So got the answer, shit this kind of thing can’t be official. But me and my cousin have a fight don’t get over it anymore. Then met the man. He refused to even listen in the beginning. But when he realized how he could go fishing even if he was a brothel, he calm down and threw the phrase, yes do what to do, in our faces. Made sure to work by ordering the falling fruit. But he changed his head again the other day and won’t let it work is the only slogan.

Tbh my head turned and I told my brother-in-law, let it go to the pit; it’s not going to work. Mr. Vijay Vekhande (Panchayat Samiti member of that Panchkroshi), who helps us in this area, has become very nasty. Told me, sir, the only way out of this is this year.

There are at least 8-10 sanctions constructed by the government in the surrounding areas that have been dismissed due to falling from the bottom. There is a useless bondage in Dhumad Pada in Kunrze village that you can fix. I give you the request form of villagers and Panchayat Samiti. We went and saw the breed. Later, our technical advisor, Dr. Ajit Gokhale, was literally convinced to take some time out of his busy schedule. They came with their colleagues and inspected and outlined how to fix the bond.

Now the next problem is the size of the monkey is much bigger than before (almost 90 ft long and 9 ft tall) and digging it to the bottom means the cost will increase. Got a call from the company Xoriant Solutions Pvt Ltd while thinking about how to arrange it now. (This company has been helping our organization for the last two years). Told your check is ready; then send a man. It’s time to put finger in the mouth by being surprised. On April 6, on the occasion of Gudi Padwa, a coconut was broken by the women and children of the village, but from the previous experience, it was decided that there was nothing to say until the work was completed.

Immediately we started the matching to start work. He did one for sure by talking to three to four contractors. Was just waiting for the request application now. But the next day I came to know that the code of conduct for the Lok Sabha elections has been started, so now the application for the Gram Panchayat cannot be received till May 24 People in Pada told you to start working; you will get the application later. But we were not prepared for that because if work is started, these legal matters may be very disturbing. Finally got that request form on May 24th and started working on May 26th with a heartfelt heart.

The men in Pada who said we would help and cooperate before starting work all started and disappeared in a blow. When some people met one evening, when asked why they don’t come to work, we got a befitting answer that we are Mestrians, not spoilers. Their behaviour was doubtful whether they were even aware that we are not working for ourselves or for our benefit. Well, but the women happily did the help they asked for.

As it is the end of May, getting JCB is a big Zikiri. Then literally had to get it on my hands and feet. Also, our contractor has a shortage of stuff so it was going on to postpone the work as much as possible. Similarly, Ready Mix Concrete’s vehicle arriving on the decided day and at the scheduled time was also a challenge. There is no need to say how important it is to complete all these work before the rainy season starts again.

We were very tensed because we took such a big job. That’s why I lost my sleep at night. So me and especially Sudhir Dandekar used to sit on site almost every day from 10 am to 5 pm. Y ‘ all have an idea how hot and strong the weather is for two to three weeks before the rainy season. The sun is rising, not much shade anywhere. If you want to sit where there was a little shadow, you would have to sit there looking for ants and hot soil high on the ground, but there is no shadow there. The water that was taken correctly also used to be dissolved in some time. I have lost the habit of experiencing summer like this, so it was a real test!

You may have a little guess by now why the title of this article will be obstacle race.

Making a way through such infinite difficulties, finally finished work on June 10th and we sighed a great relief. The Panchayat Samiti there wanted to do some ceremony but in our view it was not of special importance because we did not do this work to get credit. But they insisted so we said yes. Decided to call the BDO there as chief guest and went to invite them and said, hey, I got a transfer order today. Wait for four to five days. Who else officer will come and from when will it be known. After 3-4 days they said that I will come, then make sure to date 24 June. Started all the preparations and got a call on 21th that there will be a march of communists on 24th, so there is a problem. Then called the main leaders of the march and requested that your march can be scheduled for noon? Fortunately they honored our request. Then we invited them to our event. Luckily they said yes.

We had one advantage of the rainy season not starting and that was that the program was able to go well. All government officials, BDO Dolhare Saheb as well as Patbandhare department head, Gramsevak, Sarpanch etc and office bearers of Xoriant Solutions Pvt Ltd reached on time. The small ceremony went well in the presence of 30-40 villagers. I wish it rains heavily now.

The main purpose of our organization is to block water, to burn water. That’s why the bondage is a good option for the area. Most of the time people say anything without thinking and give suggestions. Today Maharashtra Government’s Jalukt Shivar Scheme, Nam Foundation, Pani Foundation are mainly working in Marathwada and Western Maharashtra. The geographical situation there and the geographical situation from Dahanu to Sindhudurg are all different. The entire region is occupied by lava stone. So, if one thing is successful in one part, it doesn’t mean that it will happen on the other side.

There are 8-10 disintegrated boundaries in the Punch Cross we are working on so fixing them can be a big job. We’ve got direction to what to do for the next 2-3 years. But yes, this concept is in our minds; what to say about the problems or obstacles in the future? It is right that you should work selflessly and mindfully and the rest of the things should be handed over to the world so that it won’t hurt.
